Shortened Anti-ligature version
Open metal top cover with your keys, follow the cord to the telephone module and unplug with your fingernail. Loosen the large internal retaining nut and unscrew until you can pass the cord plug through the nut.
Remove complete assembly and refit in reverse order , making sure the cord does not obstruct the cash chute, fitting the cord under the retaining hook.
